Remember restore folder

In
file / file operations / restore from backup file
there are two ways to find a file. In the "restore from your back" choice you can navigate to any folder and choose a backup file. I suggest that it remembers the last place you restored from and defaults to that folder.
I use this frequently to move my file to the cloud and between computers, so I always have to re-choose the folder.
Should be an easy feature to add.

In the meantime, I suggest creating a shortcut to the folder on your desktop, so that double-clicking on it takes you to the folder using Windows Explorer.

Hi @jon ,
Your post of:" file / file operations / restore from backup file " does not hold water for Quicken 2019 R22.12.
To restore a file using Quicken 2019, I would suggest that you use: File > Backup and Restore > Restore from Backup File.
If different from what I posted, I suggest you reinstalled, using this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
