Cloud Sync Error Parameter institutionLoginid must be specified for this request Fifth Third Bank
I'm using Quicken subscription just purchased about 6 months ago. I was using 2017 I have been with Quicken for many years. The error is parameter institution login id must be specific for this request bank is Fifth Third. There is another discussion on this subject and they know its an issue the discussion hasn't been updated since February 15th said they are working on it and it will be released on an upcoming update but they don't give a date. I am not happy but I guess Quicken is not for me anymore. I don't like the idea of the subscription and since I can not use all of the features its not worth paying for every year.
Very frustrated that I have paid for a subscription and cannot use the mobile feature of this software. I have used the software for years and have paid the company many many times. It has been years since I tried to connect to my phone since the last experience was so frustrating. I have just upgraded to the new subscription version and thought since it was such an upgrade, I would try it again. I have just spent the last few hours making a new file, deleting the old online file and then re-creating it. After that failed and seeing the numerous others who cannot find a solution, it seems that Quicken has not resolved this issue. Unfortunately it maybe time to find another software.
Does anyone know if there are any plans in getting the dreaded parameter instituionloginID error fixed? This prevents me from uploading my banking info from my PC to Quicken cloud which would allow me to use the mobile Quicken app?
