While running the one step update, I received the following error message regarding cloud upload: "DBGHELP.DLL cannot be located. Please report this problem to your software vendor." Then quicking shut down

    Google that file name for more info and repair instructions.

    As part of the installation of Quicken, a version of DBGHELP.DLL should also exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken

    for my Win10 + QW 2019 -
    the DBGHELP.DLL file is only in ... C:\Windows\System32\
    and not in any Quicken sub-dirs
    OK --> EDIT -- 
    not sure why Windows Search didn't show it - but YES - in both....

    I have DBGHELP.DLL in both places in Win7 Pro.
    The version in System32 is 6.1.7601.17514 of 11/20/10.
    The version in the Quicken program folder is of 9/18/19 - 9 years newer.
    @Ron McKnight didn't say what OS he's using, but if it's Win7, a Quicken mondo patch reinstall should fix this.
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
