Error on Quicken server when using One Step Update

I am having problems downloading transactions from Capital One Bank, Ally Bank, UVA Credit Union and Pentagon Federal Credit Union.

When I use One Step Update, I get an error message, Error CC-501, "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server. For more information, see this FAQ"

The FAQ suggest to update the accounts from within the individual account registers, but this only generates the same error message.

Transactions do download fine from TDAmeritrade for some reason.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to how this can be fixed.

    Thank you. I contacted tech support and they were able to fix the download problem.
