Hi,
Sharon Credit Union accounts unable to download for 2 weeks CC-502. I have tried all of the debugging steps from quicken:
- Confirmed newest version
- Confirmed no file corruption
- Confirmed I could reach the SCU web site and log in from a browser on the same PC
- Created a new blank Quicken file and tried to add the accounts (same CC-502 error)
Quicken tells me there is a problem with SCU's web servers "blocking the Quicken aggregator". Sharon Credit Union says they have no problem. I am stuck and they are blaming one another. Suggestions?

If you have followed these instructions without success, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
