Error while downloading transaction after Quicken update.

Need help resolving Quicken Download issues after latest update. Keep getting error attached.

    What Q product are you running?  What BUILD of Q?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    And, what method are you using do download this QFX file?  Are you initiating the download from Chase's website, or from within Q?
    Lastly, when you do TOOLS, Account List ... what does it say in the "Transactions Download" column across from this account in Q?
