How do I manually import Credit Card transactions

I cannot import in 2-step process downloaded CC transactions from a year ago.

It depends on whether the bank supports Web Connect method. You can check by creating a new account, clicking the Options button and see if Web Connect is not dimmed out.
If W/C is available, you can import whatever time period the bank will let you download. Look for download from the bank in "QFX", "OFX", or "Quicken" format.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5
