Quicken crashing

    I upgraded from Quicken Deluxe to Premier and ever since, Quicken has crashed at least a half dozen times. I have been on with your support people for hours and hours and every time we get it working gain, it does so for 1-2 times and then crashes again. Have uninstalled and reinstalled at least (3) times. I have been a Quicken user ever since Microsoft discontinued MS Money, but am ready to ask for a license refund and move to another platform!

    Are you using Dropbox, MS OneDrive or any other cloud backup service to backup your active Quicken data file while Quicken is running?
    Is your active Quicken data file located in your \Documents\Quicken folder or elsewhere? Where?

    Check if Windows Defender feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
    If so, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection:
