One Step update problem since R22.11 update

The splash screen comes up, says its waiting (grayed out) never says receiving,then closes with no errors but doesn't download transactions .Bank institution is TD

Can you start and run Quicken and do other things than OSU?
If so,
Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
Click the "Sign in as a different user" link immediately above the "Mobile and Web" group.
Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your current (correct) Quicken ID.
Afterwards stop and restart Quicken and try OSU again
OK did this and it seems like it is processing data now for TD bank. [removed - rant/off-topic]0 -
Wasn't happy with errors , so did a total reinstall of quicken.Used a backup from two days ago Deactivated and reactivated Td accounts.Bank downloads are working normal now. Did not setup mobile and web because previously after update sync would bring up huge amounts of errors, I'll wait a few weeks to see if Quicken gets their act together0
