Just updated to Quicken Canada R22.11. It Crashes. Can anyone help?

Downloaded R22.11. It installed (and converted database?). It opens. When I try to update or one step update, it starts to open the Quicken ID request window ... then crashes. Has anyone seen this? Found a solution? Please help

Can you start and run Quicken and do other things than OSU?
If so,

1. Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
2. Click the "Sign in as a different user" link immediately above the "Mobile and Web" group.
3. Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your current (correct) Quicken ID.

Afterwards stop and restart Quicken and try OSU again
