RESOLVED 10/16/19 Synchrony Savings/Synchrony Bank Credit Cards returning CC-501/101 errors

Quicken Users are experiencing a CC-501 error (Quicken for Windows) or error 101 (Quicken for Mac) when attempting to add or update accounts with Synchrony Savings and Synchrony Bank Credit Cards. Mac Users may also see a ccscrape.163 error.

This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We are asking Users to wait 3-5 banking days for a resolution.

*Please note: This Alert only applies to the "Synchrony Savings" and "Synchrony Bank Credit Cards" options in the bank list.

    This issue has been resolved and all Quicken for Mac and Windows Users should no longer receive an error adding/updating accounts with Synchrony Savings/Bank Cards.
