No small transactions yet

I have been waiting for a week now for the 2 small transactions to my account so i can start using the bill pay and none have been posted. Can anyone tell me if they have had this problem? I am using quicken for windows

    Search this community for QBP to get a better idea. The QBP product is outsourced to a third-party provider and is very, very slow to get users onboarded.
