Bank of America bill pay issues

I'm a long time Quicken user. I have been using direct connect (Bank of America - All Other States). I recently added a couple of new accounts at BA but they can only be connected as "Quicken" . The two systems don't operate the same way. How do I get the direct connect for the new accounts?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    Bank of American only offers Direct Connect for existing accounts that have previously used Direct Connect.

    Unfortunately, this means that new accounts are not eligible to connect and pay bills with Direct Connect.
