BUG/ISSUE: Multi-currency issue in Asset/Liability/Equity Calculation

I am using Quicken Premier 2019. I currently live overseas and utilize multi-currency extensively and it has worked for all my needs until today. Issue I have discovered when looking at "Equity" position in a property.

My property asset account is in THB (Thai Bhat). My linked property mortgage is in SGD (Singapore Dollars). When I look at Equity position in the property is is showing 97% instead of 34% due to no currency taken into consideration (THB17,000,000 / SGD500,000 = 97%, should be 34% at current FX).

My Home currency is SGD.

Thanks for any advice or if plan to fix. Converting accounts to same currency is not an option as I need to track against current FX fluctuations.
