When are you going to fix the repeated CC-502 errors when trying to download bank transactions?

This has been going on for over a month and it is REALLY frustrating!!!

    SO, how about telling us a few things so that we might be able to assist you.
    What Q product are you running?  What BUILD of Q?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    What bank/card/brokerage/etc are you getting the CC-502 from?

  • I’m using Quicken Deluxe 2019, R22.17, 27.1.22.17, Windows desktop version, Apple Federal Credit Union. I was able to download the transactions as suggested using the gear icon for each account. I wasn’t aware of this option. However, when using the one step update tool, nothing downloads and I receive the error code. This has happened several times over the past month or so and it is frustrating. The one step update tool used to work ALL THE TIME—not so anymore.

    Thanks for your help, but I still hope the one step update tool is fixed.

  • This is my first time using this forum, and I initially thought I was communicating with Quicken support. I think I understand what it’s all about now. I did report the problem to support and am thankful for the help I received here. However, your snarky responses aren’t helpful and discourage newbies from reaching out for assistance.
