Spending tab errors

There are two totals shown on the spending tab (one up top by the pie graph, and one at the bottom under the transactions). The two transactions show different totals. Also, sometimes Quicken will show that there is one transaction on the bottom left, but then no transaction are listed. I have tired to validate, and super validate the file, restart quicken, etc, and that normally does not fix the problem. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes the numbers match and sometimes they don't. I have contacted support multiple times, and each time the problem is persistent for a few minutes, and then it randomly goes away. The support person presumes that it is solved, we hang up the phone, and then the issue comes back a few minutes or hours later.
