[Languages] malfunctions on Q. Mobile

I have always been able to use Quicken Mobile in English with my cell phone configured in French Canadian for years. Now, since I don't know what Q. update, I have to set up my cell phone in English US if I want to download my operations.
If I stay in French Canadian, I can enter an operation that will upload properly, except that what I just wrote does not appear on my cell phone and the balance of the account does not change either. It is the only software in English that causes this problem.
How to adjust this because constantly changing language on the cell phone is a long process and it is not practical.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    At this time Quicken only supports English Language system settings.

    Unfortunately, I can't speak as to why this functioned differently before.
