Syncing

I have quickens on a windows pc and I just got a Mac and downloaded quickens on it. I did something wrong because it is not syncing with my account. I mean between my devices.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
I have a few questions to make sure I'm understanding the issue.
By syncing between devices, do you mean syncing between the Windows and Mac computers?
Or
Do you mean that you have stopped using the Windows version and now use the Mac platform and you are unable to use the mobile app?
If you are meaning the first scenario, the 2 versions work independently of each other and will not sync. The Windows file will need to be converted, the steps to do so can be found here.
If you were needing to set up accounts for use with the mobile or web app, please review the steps here.
