All but one of my online bills have disappeared

I checked my online bills yesterday and noticed that I only have one online bill remaining. I have no idea what has happened.

Has anyone else seen something like this?


Quicken Premier 2019 vR22.17.

    I tried adding one of the missing bills and got this message:

    None of my bills are showing, it tells me I have nothing due within the next 30 days. Wish that was true! What happened, did I miss something? I have no manual or on line bills showing, only ones I have are on calendar.

    I called support and we went through the process of resetting my cloud data. That brought the billers back but in duplicate. Then we tried deleting the duplicates but all were deleted. Trying to add them back resulted in the same error reporting that the biller already exists.

    Support put in a ticket to have these billers deleted so I can try again in 48 hours.
