Error CC-502

Quicken indicated that this issue was resolved last week however, I am still encountering the issue. My bank was NOT in the list of banks that was encountering this issue. Was the fix Bank specific? Do I need to provide my bank to get this resolved. Also, I am running Quicken 2017. Was the resolution applied to all Quicken versions?

    Thank you for taking the time to report this error to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    If you are referring the recent Alert for CC-502/102 errors that has been resolved (found here), yes, this fix was specific to the Financial Institutions listed in the Alert.

    If your bank was not found on the list and you are continuing to receive the CC-502 error, it would be a different issue that we will need to troubleshoot further.

    May I ask, which Financial Institution are you receiving the error with?  Have you followed the steps available at https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-updating-accounts-cc-502?  

    If so, did you still receive the CC-502 error after performing the "Update Now" or did the error change to a different code?  Or was the update successful?
