Unable to update Bills

re: Quicken Version R22.17

One Step Update Summary keeps telling me: Unable to Update Bills. When I go to the Bills and Income section, and select "Update All", there is no activity that takes place. This has been going on for a couple of days, now.

Note: During one update session, Quicken came back with messages telling me it no longer supports some billers (America First Credit Union, BarclayCards, Best Buy Card, and AT&T). I removed them, and tried to re-run an update. Am still unable to update anything.

Can someone tell us what's happening here, please?

    Note: Have updated to new version, and bills are updating. This can be closed.
