upgrade to quicken subscription 2019 - register new billpay account [edited]

I've been a quicken & quicken billpay user since 1994. upgrading to the new 2019 forced me to register a new billpay account. Provided my account information 20 days ago and have not recieved any notice. Called billpay support in Philippines, which is absolutely horrible. No resolution and noone can tell me how long it is going to take to get a new account.

Is there anyway to get my money back or get this resolved?

I'm thinking of switching to [removed]

    Depending upon what banks you have - you might be able to pay bills directly from them, without the 3rd party proxy that Quicken Bill Pay uses...
    Take a look at your bank - and does their online website offer online bill paying ?
    Next, look at Quicken and your bank to see if you can setup bill paying with them.
