Adding a new online biller for AT&T errors

It seems I have seen this before, but I can't find it. I added about 3 online billers without incident, but over the last 6-8 hours I have tried periodically to add AT&T, and I keep getting "Unable to update billers" error after I enter user/password, and then I select one of the phones on our account for the text message verification. The text message never comes and I get the "Unable to update billers" box immediately. I have no problem logging into their web site to check my account, I Have done that several time today.

    Same here, and my app has been updated to Version R23.14.

    UPDATE: Tried it again, and it seems to be working now; for how long, who knows.
