Account titles have all changed to N/A

I was working in Quicken this morning when I noticed that there were duplicate screens. I shut Quicken down. When I go back in, all of the account titles (i.e. Bank Names) have changed to N/A. It is the same in the Account List. The balances seem to be as they were this morning. How do I get the Accounts back?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
