RESOLVED 11/11/19: 11/5/19 Comenity Bank/Comenity Branded Cards returns CC-502/102 Error

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a CC-502/102 error code when attempting to add or update accounts with Comenity Bank and associated branded cards such as BJ Perks Mastercard.
We have opened a ticket with our service providers to investigate this matter and restore connections as soon as possible and recommend allowing up to 48 hrs before attempting to add/update accounts again.
