Target keeps asking for security question answers then timesout

When I try to update/upload my transactions for all accounts...
Target keeps asking for security question answers then timesout.
This started last week.

    Not the case here. Works fine now...had to deactivate then re-activate for it to work again.

    Update: It seems that deactivating then the activating has solved the issue.
    Note: Simply Resetting did not and would hang Quicken altogether

    Target is among a few dozen banks that no longer handle Quicken, at least my worthless copy. I am now downloading almost every bank's transactions manually.
