hit retry button and just cycles
obviously my internet connection is working otherwise I could not make this post

I suggest resetting the Quicken ID associated with the data file:
- Select Edit > Preferences...
- Select Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
- Select Sign in as a different user
- Enter yes
- Select Sign Out
- Enter the original Quicken ID
- Enter the original Quicken ID password
- Select SIGN IN
- Select Done
