Deleted data/loss of bank connection

Today Quicken deleted all of my data for the past two years. when I called they said they couldn't help me. i am not trying the One Step Update in an attempt to recreate some of my information but i can't get past the password. I keep getting an error message that says my bank doesn't recognize my password BUT i can use the same password to sign into my bank directly? any thoughts?

    My first thought is that I'm not aware of cases where Quicken deletes two years of data. Are you certain you have opened your most recent Quicken data file and not some older copy or backup? Alternatively, do you have a recent backup you could revert to? (It is likely that your financial institutions might only download 90 days of data, not two years.)
