Ongoing 11/13/19 to 11/19/19 between chase and quicken 2017

Set in trouble ticket 11/12/19 , I’m now having the issue where Quicken for Windows is trying to communicate with and was receiving various connection errors when attempting to add or update accounts with Chase Bank Online Banking when using Direct Connect. I have been advised to as a user users to wait 3-5 banking days for a resolution now it’s two weeks and even though the error message is gone the transfer from the bank to Quicken 2017 billpay account is set up for transaction download – automatic entry is on, connection method express web connect nothing downloads.

    If you have not done so yet, deactivate the problem Chase accounts then reactivate. If you are using bill pay with Chase, you must use Direct Connect. Further, you should use Direct Connect whenever possible.
