Error when adding TD Auto Finance account

Hi, all.

I am attempting to add a new account to Quicken from TD Auto Finance. When I do so, I get an error which states, "Wait. Your financial institution has a request. CC-579". There is no further information other than a note that states I may need to sign out of their website before downloading transactions. I'm not signed into the TD Auto Finance website when attempting to add the account to Quicken. I've attached a screen capture.

I called TD Auto Finance and, as expected, they sloughed if off with a "this is Quicken's fault" type response.

So, I'm reaching out to all of you here with a plea for assistance.

    I have exactly the same problem with RBC Royal Bank when trying to add an account. Through the troubleshooting process all of the accounts were taken offline. Now I can't reactivate them. They told me to contact RBC and I got the same response as you.

    Are you running Q US, or Q Canada?
    Because there's different names, in Q, for TD Auto in the US vs. TD Auto in Canada.
