    Thank you for taking the time to report this error to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    I took the liberty of reviewing our internal support system and see that you worked with a Support Agent regarding this issue.

    May I ask, did the information and steps provided by the Support Agent resolve this issue?

    If not, please let us know what version and release of Quicken you are using (Help > About Quicken).
