RESOLVED 3/19/20: 11/23/19 Navy Federal Credit Union returns CC-501, 502, 505, 506, & 585 errors

Some Quicken for Windows users may receive a CC-501, 502, 505, 506, or 585 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union in Quicken. 

This is an emerging issue that is currently being investigated. There is no ETA on a resolution at this time.

    This Alert has been updated to exclude errors CC-501, 502, 505 & 506, as they have been resolved.

    However, some Quicken for Windows Users may still receive a CC-585 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union in Quicken.

    There is currently no ETA on a resolution for the remaining error.

    We appreciate everyone's patience as this continues to be worked on!

    UPDATED 3/14/20

    We have identified the cause of this error and have taken steps to resolve the issue.

    Moving forward, Users that are adding or updating their accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union in Quicken will be required to enter an authentication code. The code will be sent via text message from the financial institution.

    Please allow 3-5 days for a fix to be implemented.

    We appreciate everyone's patience as we work through this!
