Can't Cancel Quicken Bill Pay

I quit using Quicken years ago. Can't cancel bill pay charges of 9.95/month because when I go to the it says it need to call my phone to confirm my identity but my phone never rings. I called customer service. They confirmed my phone number is correct and said I'd have to wait 7-10 for someone to contact me to address the issue.

Broken technology is the primary reason I quit using Quicken after being a customer for over a decade.

    If you are attempting to sign in to this is not something another user can help you with here on the Community.

    I would recommend contacting Quicken Bill Pay and requesting a supervisor to address these signs issue.

    If a Quicken Bill Pay Supervisor is unable to get this resolved, you may consider contacting Quicken Care and requesting that they contact Quicken Bill Pay with you.

    Or you could cancel your credit card...or have your credit card company issue you a new one with a new account number due to "fraudulent" charges. 

    You've been paying $9.95 a month for years, and not using it?  Wow.

    Next question:
    Are you sure it's Quicken Bill Pay (Metavante) charging you a monthly fee?
    There are some banks out there that charge their customers monthly for the privilege to download transactions and optionally use the bank's bill pay system from your checking account. If that is the case, you need to contact your bank.
