Home Quicken for Mac Signing In, Passwords, and Activation (Mac)

When I go to MyAccount at quicken.com, I get a blank screen with my name at the top.

Help! There is no way to get help here with access problems. I don't need help with Quicken.


  • I find under "Benefits" that membership includes a phone number for support. How do I find it in My-Accounts if I can't get there? This is a good example of a Catch22". I have been using Quicken since 1992.

    You don't need to log in to contact Quicken Support. Just visit https://quicken.com/contact-support and you'll see the number (and wait time) for phone support.

    Note that phone support is only available 12 hours day during weekdays. Chat support is available 24x7 7 days a week.

    Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts. If you are unable to see your Edit > Preferences menu, continue to the next section.
    Click Sign in as a different user.
    Type "yes" to confirm and click Sign Out.
    After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID.

    To start Chat or see the support phone number, your browser must allow popup windows from https://www.quicken.com
    If you have a current subscription to Premier or higher, the My Accounts page will show you a special phone number you can call, other than the regular phone number shown on the quicken.com support page.
