DPIInfo.exe - Application error

I get the an message (see attached file) and it indicates to press OK to close the application. When I press close, the application start what appears to be normally??
I have no idea what is going on.

    If you search the Community for "DPIInfo", you will find some hits about an issue with Quicken 2017.
    What version and release of Quicken are you using?
    Are you trying to (re-)install Q 2017?
    If so, do you have the latest bug fixes installed?

    Thank you for that additional information, although I apologize that you have not yet received a follow-up response.

    May I ask, what release of 2019 Home and Business is the software installed to?  If you aren't sure, this information can be found in the Help menu > About Quicken.

    If you haven't already, I would also recommend downloading and installing the Mondo Patch, available here.  The Mondo Patch contains the latest release for Quicken and often has updates for the supporting files as well.

    Once installed, please let us know how it goes and if the error persists.
