Quicken Category Merge, Usage, Reports misssing

While creating a new quicken database with quicken 2020, I find the ability to merge categories, category reports, and category usage is missing in the new database. This capability was available in my original database which I have used numerous times over the years. Have these features been removed from recent quicken updates?

    Just add the missing column Usage to the Category List.
    Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the Category List to do so.
