Tax Exempt Personal Expense Categories

Greetings,
This Idea is based off a Question Post...
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7863787/tax-exempt-personal-expense-categories#latest
Lets say I go to a store and the bill is...

The problem, I want Quicken to split the tax between "Diapers" and "Home Goods", but NOT "Groceries" since that one's mostly tax exempt.
My idea, which I'm sure is not new, is to add a Tax Exempt flag to the edit screen for Category. Then, when you click "Allocate" it would distribute the tax between all the categories that weren't marked as Tax Exempt.
The alternative work-around are just that; work-arounds.

Thanks for the consideration. Please vote this up!
