Home Quicken for Windows Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)

Two Vanguard login IDs, one download transactions fine but not the other.

Windows 10
Quicken Version: R23.17

I manage several accounts belong to two separate Vanguard login IDs (call it A and B B).

The accounts belong to one Vanguard login ID (A) are downloading their transactions fine but not the other accounts belong to the other Vanguard login ID (B).

There was no error message. Under Account Details -> Online Services, I tried to deactivate/reactivate and "Reset Account" to all the accounts belong to ID (B) with no luck.

How can I fix this?

Also, I went to Vanguard.com and downloaded the transactions manually for one account belong to ID (B), Quicken gave the message "There are no new transaction. However, investment balances and holdings have been updated.[OL-96-A]" with [OL-96-B] at the bottom of the message.

    Hello Space,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

As brokerage and investment account all download via direct connect, these errors are being sent from Vanguard and they will need to be contacted to determine the cause of the OL-96-A/OL-96-B.

    Thank you,

    Hi Tyka,
Thanks for the respond. OK, that's fine if you want me to check with Vanguard regarding OL-96-A/OL-96-B.

But what about my original question? Two Vanguard login IDs, one download transactions fine but not the other?
