Getting this error OL-319-A

Been using quicken for years. Getting the above error when trying to download transactions. I get the new payment transactions I schedule in the bank website but nothing about deposits or what has cleared. Downloads from Credit Card accounts work fine. Any ideas? Bank says not a problem on their end.
