Parameter institution Loginld must be specified for this request

I am getting this error when trying to sync account from Quicken.exe on my PC to the Cloud account. In looking at the forum - this error has been discussed for 3 years. What is going on? Is there an asnwer somewhere?

    I called support about this....they said to reset your cloud file and retry. I did that and set up one account and it worked.....later (after the chat was over) I tried to add the rest of accounts and that's when this started

    I have the same issue with two of my accounts from Chase. I have tried all the remedies discussed in the thread to no avail. Spent all day yesterday on this issue. I have a subscription and currently on version R23.17. So frustrating.

    Yes - this is ridiculous. If you search the board you will see that this has been around for at least 3 years. I, like you, have spent way too much time trying to figure this out, sneak up on it, etc. Support was of no help either. Am hoping on one of the Moderators sees this and does something about it.
