Signing in

been trying to sign into my quicken information I continue to get not responding message. how do I get signed in

    Without knowing EXACTLY which message you are getting, it is not possible to provide an answer.
    Provide the text of the message along with the version of Quicken that you are running (Help->About Quicken) and maybe someone will be able to help.
    -splasher  using Q since 1996 -  Subscription  -  Win10
