not downloading credit card transactions

I am trying to set up a new credit card. Every time I try to automatically update I get the EWC-DC Mismatch error. I deactivate the card. Reactivate the card, get all of the previously downloaded transactions again. I deleted the duplicate charges, and try to update again and I get the same error message. I read through the FAQ with no luck. Even when I originally started this account I had the same problem and I even deleted the account and created a new account with no luck.
