Error Message --> exceeded the maximum number of datasets

I keep getting the following message when I open my account.

"You have exceeded the maximum number of datasets. You cannot create a new dataset or continue to perform your current task at this time. Please contact Quicken Support for help resolving this issue."

I have been able to use my Quicken account, but the message appears at the beginning and the end of each session.

Can you send me directions on how to get rid of this problem?

Thanks so much!

Discussed extensively in the past and the only solution per the mods was contact support.
