why is quicken storing my credit card

I purchased a subscription & was shocked to find that Quicken saved my credit card information, despite the fact that they did not ask if they could store it for future use. I tried to go into "My Account" & delete the credit card information & that option is not available. I turned off the auto-renew option & it still will not let me delete my credit card information. They already have my money, they have no need for the card number any more. Has anyone found a way to fix this?
