Quicken Mac 2020 desktop version, Move the DELETE file option

I have a longtime habit of using the ACCOUNTS --- Sync to Mobile, and I occasionally go down to DELETE file by mistake. I wonder if there is a better place for the DELETE a file option. I know there is a line between the options. Is there another way of Synching to mobile?
