Is anyone else having a problem with reconciling credit card accounts?

When I get a statement and go to reconcile I get a message that saying there are no uncleared items. How can that be when I haven't reconciled yet? It is very annoying. I have to go and unreconcile all the items in order to reconcile to the statement.

    It sounds like you may have inadvertently enabled auto-reconcile.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/reconciling-account-quicken-windows

    I checked everything it said on the page the link directed me to. In no case is the auto-reconcile box checked.

    Please provide the year and version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
    Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab

    I just went on this morning and the items in one of my credit card accounts were all reconciled. I just don't understand how this happens.
