Quicken Cloud Sync Transaction Register Receipts

Their has been closed discussions on this matter last I found 2/2019. The problem that Quicken is aware of I believe requires that an Engineer put a feature in cloud sync to allow for a user to upload all available register jpeg files to the cloud when syncing. Currently when cloud system gets a glitch the Tech Support Reps have the user reset cloud data. Once this is done your desktop will continue to show jpeg transaction receipts but they will automatically have to be uploaded by the user one file at a time, very time consuming, & defeats purpose of using Quicken Mobile. A software engineer should design a feature to allow select all register receipts for upload to cloud and mobile platform so efficiency is maximized when these glitches occur requiring reset of cloud data.
