Pull down buttons in Check#, Payee, Catergory fields don't work

These problems started about the same time as the Quicken Bill Payee problem as well as a few other Windows things. I reported that they were fixed when I reinstalled my Ultraview display manager. The fix lasted only one day. On the next start, all the problems recurred. Then I installed the R23.21 release which fixed the Bill Pay problem but I still have the button problem. The drop downs buttons don't work . However, when I start to type one of the known drop downs, the word fills automatically.

    Thank you for letting us know that you are continuing to experience issues, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    I saw your previous message - https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20052760#Comment_20052760 and understand that you use multiple monitors.

    May I ask, is Quicken open on the primary monitor or a different monitor?

    If on a different monitor, please temporarily move Quicken to the primary monitor - do the drop-down menus still not work?
