Unable to link Optum HSA

I was told by Optum HSA Bank that Quicken cannot link to their accounts due to an incompatibility. I have Mint linked to these accounts successfully. Is there any way to make this work?

    Same issue here, my HSA was moved to Optum Bank from hsabank.com. Seems like Optum HSA may have blocked Quicken based on the error I get (below). Been trying it for a few days and get the same thing.

    Hello @patjdixon and @cf77

    A permanent block has been placed by Optum bank on downloads to Quicken.

    Only the financial institution or their service provider can determine if and when they will allow connections through Quicken once again.

    I called Optum Bank HSA customer service on Feb. 1 and was told their technicians are working on it, but the representative didn't seem to have any information about why it was blocked or when it may become unblocked
