getting http 500 error message

have been getting this message for over a month and quicken has no idea when it will be resolved. cannot download accoutns

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize you have not yet received a response.

    If you are still needing assistance with the HTTP 500 error in Quicken, please take a moment and review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you're using.

    I suggest first performing a refresh of the Financial Institution branding and profile information, following the steps outlined here. Be sure to follow the instructions for Quicken for Mac.
